Effective from 1 November 2026
1. Where we deliver. We deliver across India to PIN codes served by our courier partners. You can check whether your PIN code is serviceable at checkout. We do not ship outside India at present.
2. Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders that include a prescription medicine are dispatched once the prescription has been verified.
3. Delivery time. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by weather, strikes, courier disruptions or other events outside our control may occasionally extend this.
4. Shipping charges. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow the delivery.
6. Address and delivery attempts. Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. Our courier partners will attempt delivery; if an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
7. Damaged or tampered packages. If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery, or accept it and report the problem within 48 hours as set out in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
