Acne-Hydra Gel Cream is built around tripelargonin and ethylhexyl pelargonate, light emollients, with glycerin and erythritol to draw in water, and hibiscus sabdariffa fruit extract and phytosterols for skin conditioning. Ipca states that it hydrates for up to 72 hours and helps restore barrier function while delivering a soothing, cooling effect.
